Educational Disclaimer

1. Educational Purpose Only

Videos, charts, patterns, critiques, materials lists, supplier references, and project examples are provided for general education and creative practice. They are not a substitute for individualized professional advice, formal vocational training, product-engineering review, medical advice, occupational safety instruction, legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, or regulatory certification.

2. No Accreditation or Professional License

IDEMICOGOLDY is an online craft education provider, not an accredited college, licensing board, apprenticeship authority, or government certification body. Course completion does not create a professional license, academic credit, employment qualification, insurance approval, or legal authorization to manufacture or sell a product.

Any certificate or badge reflects platform participation only. Third parties decide whether to recognize it.

3. Results Vary

Creative outcomes depend on practice, dexterity, vision, tension, materials, tools, lighting, device quality, printing scale, attention, and personal interpretation. Examples and student testimonials illustrate individual experiences and are not promises that another student will produce the same finish, complete a project in the same time, sell jewelry, earn income, or develop a particular skill level.

Mistakes, rework, broken thread, uneven tension, color differences, and material waste are normal possibilities in craft practice.

4. Pattern and Material Variability

Beads and findings vary by manufacturer, production lot, coating, cut, hole size, finish, and tolerance. Thread, wire, backing, adhesives, clasps, and tools also behave differently. A substitution can change count, drape, strength, weight, fit, and appearance. Students should test materials and confirm measurements before using rare, sentimental, expensive, or irreplaceable components.

Supplier numbers and colors can be discontinued or altered. A sourcing reference is not a guarantee of availability or exact match.

5. Tool and Workspace Safety

Beading can involve sharp needles, wire ends, cutters, pliers, adhesives, lamps, magnification devices, small parts, and repetitive hand motions. Use tools only as intended, inspect them for damage, maintain adequate lighting and ventilation, and follow manufacturer instructions. Keep beads, needles, wire, findings, and chemicals away from children and animals.

Stop immediately and seek appropriate professional help if you experience injury, persistent pain, allergic reaction, breathing difficulty, eye exposure, ingestion, electrical hazard, or another urgent safety concern.

6. Allergies and Material Sensitivities

Metals, coatings, adhesives, dyes, cleaners, fibers, and dust can cause sensitivity or allergic reactions. Course material does not determine whether a component is safe for a specific person. Review manufacturer disclosures, use protective equipment where appropriate, avoid unknown materials, and consult a qualified healthcare professional about personal medical concerns.

Statements such as “gold-plated,” “nickel-free,” “hypoallergenic,” or “food-safe” must be verified from the actual supplier and product documentation; they should not be inferred from appearance or a general tutorial.

7. Jewelry Safety and Intended Use

A decorative project may not be suitable for children, pets, body piercing, medical use, high-impact activity, water exposure, sleep, or environments where snagging is possible. Clasps, wire, crimping, thread paths, and focal components should be inspected before wear. Students are responsible for determining intended use and for warning recipients about relevant care and limitations.

IDEMICOGOLDY does not inspect each finished item and cannot certify its structural integrity.

8. Commercial and Business Decisions

Examples of portfolio presentation, pricing experience, or student sales are educational context only. We do not guarantee marketplace acceptance, profitability, customer demand, intellectual-property clearance, tax treatment, product compliance, insurance coverage, or business success. Students who sell jewelry are responsible for applicable business registration, consumer laws, safety standards, labeling, taxes, returns, warranties, marketplace terms, and recordkeeping.

9. Third-Party Suppliers and Services

Mentions of bead suppliers, tool makers, printers, payment services, marketplaces, or software are informational. Unless expressly stated, they are independent third parties and are not agents of IDEMICOGOLDY. We do not control their inventory, pricing, delivery, security, product claims, customer service, or legal compliance.

A link or mention is not an endorsement or warranty. Review the third party’s current terms, safety information, and privacy practices.

10. Instructor Feedback

Critique reflects creative and technical judgment based on the information and images provided. It may not reveal hidden structural issues, material defects, scale errors, or hazards. Feedback is not a guarantee that a revised piece will be safe, durable, marketable, or accepted by a customer or juried event.

11. Testimonials and Images

Testimonials describe the views of the individuals quoted and may be edited for length or clarity without changing the intended meaning. Photographs can be affected by lighting, camera, editing, screen calibration, and materials. Color and finish displayed on a screen may differ from the physical result.

12. Availability and Technical Limits

Online education depends on devices, browsers, internet service, hosting, email, payment providers, and video platforms. We work to provide reliable access but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Digital Content Delivery and Access Policy explains remedies for material delivery problems.

13. Assumption of Responsibility

By undertaking a project, you accept responsibility for evaluating your workspace, abilities, materials, tools, intended use, and local requirements. Follow instructions carefully, pause when uncertain, and obtain specialized advice when a risk is beyond general craft education. Nothing in this Disclaimer limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
