Cancellation and Refund Policy

Effective date: July 16, 2026

Because IDEMICOGOLDY products are delivered digitally and can include immediate access to videos, charts, patterns, and downloadable files, refund rules balance fair customer remedies with protection against completed consumption and unauthorized copying. This Policy states the standard voluntary refund terms; mandatory rights under applicable law still apply.

1. General Standard

We want students to choose an appropriate learning path and receive the content described. Before purchasing, review the course level, included materials, access period, technical requirements, and whether the purchase is one-time or recurring. Contact support promptly if access fails, a file is corrupted, or a product materially differs from its description.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless law or the payment provider requires another method. Bank and processor timelines are outside our direct control after a refund is submitted.

2. Complete Programs and Multi-Lesson Courses

A request for a voluntary refund for the Complete Program, Beginner Beading Classes, or Advanced Beadwork Techniques must generally be submitted within fourteen calendar days after access is first delivered. To remain eligible, the account must have viewed or completed less than twenty-five percent of the course, must not have downloaded a substantial portion of the included pattern library, and must not have submitted work for individualized critique or received a completion certificate.

If access logs show substantial use, copying, repeated downloading, completion, or continued use after the request, we may deny or proportionally limit the voluntary refund. A verified technical or description problem will be addressed independently of usage where law requires a remedy.

3. Standalone Video Lessons

A standalone video lesson may be refunded within seven calendar days only if playback has not progressed beyond a brief verification period and any included download has not been accessed. Once the lesson has been substantially viewed or its associated files downloaded, the sale is generally final except for duplicate purchase, non-delivery, a material defect that we cannot correct, or a non-waivable legal right.

4. Digital Pattern Sets and Downloadable Materials

Because a pattern set, chart, bead map, or color recipe can be copied immediately after download, downloadable-only purchases are generally final once the file has been accessed or downloaded. A request made before access may be considered within seven calendar days. Duplicate files, corrupted files, or a confirmed material error will be corrected or replaced. If we cannot provide a usable correction within a reasonable period, an appropriate refund may be issued.

5. Creative Jewelry Projects

A guided project purchase may be refunded within fourteen calendar days if less than twenty-five percent of the project video has been viewed, the principal pattern files have not been downloaded, and no individualized critique has been delivered. Materials purchased from independent suppliers are not refunded by IDEMICOGOLDY.

6. Membership Cancellation

Memberships may be canceled at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated. We do not normally provide prorated refunds for unused days, failure to participate, forgotten cancellation, or changes in personal schedule.

For an accidental renewal, contact support within forty-eight hours of the renewal charge. We may approve a refund when no new membership content, download, critique, or other membership benefit has been used after renewal. Repeated accidental-renewal requests, substantial post-renewal use, or delayed notice may be denied.

7. Trials and Promotional Purchases

Trial and promotional offers follow the specific terms shown with the offer. If a paid trial converts to a membership, cancellation must occur before the conversion time to avoid the first recurring charge. Refund amounts are based on the amount actually paid, not the regular list price. Promotional credits and gift value are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

8. Duplicate and Unauthorized Charges

A confirmed duplicate charge will be reversed or refunded. If you believe a purchase was unauthorized, contact support and the payment provider promptly. We may suspend associated access, request reasonable verification, and preserve records needed to investigate. Unauthorized-use claims may be referred to the payment provider and relevant authorities where appropriate.

9. Technical Problems

If a supported browser, device, and connection cannot access purchased content, contact support with the error, device, browser, and steps attempted. We will first try to restore access, provide an alternate file, reset delivery, or move the enrollment. A refund may be appropriate when a material technical failure within our control cannot be resolved within a reasonable period.

A refund is generally not available for unsupported or obsolete devices, customer internet failure, forgotten credentials that can be reset, browser extensions that block required services, or inability to print where digital viewing remains available.

10. Material Description Errors and Course Changes

If a paid offer materially differs from the description presented at purchase, notify us with the relevant details. We may correct the description, provide omitted content, replace the affected lesson, extend access, issue account credit, or provide a full or partial refund depending on the impact. Minor editing changes, corrected supplier links, improved recordings, or reorganization do not normally create a refund right.

11. How to Request a Refund

Submit the request using the contact information at the end of this Policy. Include the purchaser name, checkout email, order number if available, product, purchase date, and a clear explanation. Do not send a full payment-card number. We may request additional information reasonably necessary to locate the transaction, verify account ownership, and assess access history.

A request is not approved until we confirm approval. Continuing to use, view, or download the product after making a request may affect eligibility.

12. Refund Decisions and Processing

We evaluate requests consistently using purchase date, product type, access and download activity, critique usage, technical evidence, description accuracy, prior refunds, suspected abuse, and applicable law. If approved, we submit the refund promptly. Financial institutions commonly take several business days to display the credit, and international transactions can take longer.

If only part of a bundle is affected, a proportional refund or account credit may be used where reasonable. Taxes are refunded according to tax and payment-platform rules.

13. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Change of mind after substantial course use or download.
  • Failure to begin or complete a self-paced course within a personal schedule.
  • Materials, tools, printer ink, internet service, or other purchases from third parties.
  • Differences caused primarily by substituted bead sizes, printing scale, thread tension, supplier variation, or failure to follow instructions.
  • Account suspension or termination for fraud, unauthorized sharing, infringement, abusive conduct, or material breach, except where law requires otherwise.
  • Bank fees, currency conversion charges, or interest imposed by a financial institution.

14. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits a non-waivable right under applicable consumer law. Some jurisdictions provide withdrawal or cancellation rights for digital content and permit those rights to end after a consumer expressly requests immediate performance and acknowledges the consequence. Checkout disclosures and consent records may be used to determine whether such a right remains available.
